Some items can carry disposal charges. If you’ve got any of these, it’s best to WhatsApp a photo so we confirm before booking:

- Fridges / freezers
- TVs / monitors
- Batteries (including lithium / tool batteries)
Disallowed / hazardous items
We can’t take hazardous items through this online booking route. Message us first if unsure.
- Asbestos
- Chemicals, solvents, fuels, oil
- Pressurised cylinders (gas bottles, fire extinguishers)
- Medical / clinical waste
- Explosives / ammunition
- Large quantities of paint (needs checking)
