Do you disconnect electrics?
Please ensure all electrics and water are safely disconnected before we arrive. We do not work on live services.
Can you remove concrete bases?
We can lift timber/metal and small paved bases, but we don’t break out large concrete slabs or foundations.
Do you clear everything?
Yes — timber, felt, glass, metal and contents are loaded and disposed of responsibly.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. We’re fully insured and a licensed carrier. You’ll receive a digital waste transfer note for your records.
